What is a Gambling/Gacha/Game with a Gambling like Aspect Game so bad that even The RESTLESS GAMBLER HIMSELF would hate it?

Tbh. I gotta say Sol's rng and any of it's clones. Maybe not by hating but there's no money involved. Reducing the fulfillment of risk of gambling since you practically have nothing to lose. Which would make Hakari bored.
