why wasn’t sukuna spamming CE discharge during burnout

whenever he fought todo and the rest during burnout, why didn’t he just..spam ce blasts? he has enough output, efficiency, and reserves to spam it, so why wouldn’t he? does he not know this skill? is this like rct output for gojo where he just never learned it? cause you’d think making a giant wave of ce all around like a tornado or a sphere would be super useful to prevent being jumped by todo from behind. At his output and level, if ryu can damage enemies with GB the sukuna level blasts should be much stronger, even if it’s weak it’s still helpful, no reason not to do it.

i’m assuming he just never learnt it the same way gojo never learned rct output, cause this seems super useful.
