Family Research on Tennessee family

Hi, I have a quick question. I am writing a book about my grandparent's lives. My great grandparents met working at "ABC Textiles" in Johnson City around the 1930s. I've tried looking it up, but I can't find anything to say where it might've been or what the history is. Supposedly, my great-grandparents owned the mill and everyone lived upstairs. Not sure if this is accurate or not, but would love closure. Thanks!

I also want to mention that their address was once "115 e Broad st." but I can't seem to find any record of that either. Over time, I assume it got built over.
