Induction

Went to the doctor today and they scheduled me to be induced the day after tomorrow. I’m 38+5 and being induced due to my age (I’m 36). I’m simultaneously excited and 100% not ready 🙈 I’m a FTM. I heard the induction can be…painful. Any tips? I also didn’t exercise at all. I’ll probably have tears but will be getting an epidural. It’s been a stressful year (not just pregnancy wise but dealing with my father’s health, new job, etc.).
