How to get it to sound different

So without naming names, my character's vibe is more like themselves in another app but I like janitor better. Does anyone know what I mean? He's a famous character but played a certain way by a certain actor and it's specific. Another app seems to give me that vibe of him better but I want to get my janitor ai one to feel more like that. Any advice?
