AutoPilot black screen?
I have an issue with Autopilot on a tenancy, its set to install Microsoft 365 Apps, Bitdefender AV & RMM Agent. It goes through the Autopilot process ok but at the last stage after installing apps it goes to a black screen and hangs there for hours. If I turn it off & then back on it continues the enrolment process and enrols successfully.
I cant work out why it does this, despite it enrolling successfully it means I cant send laptops out to users as they struggle with this.
Any ideas where its going wrong or ways I can test? Is there a way to force apps to install once booted up like the AV as I know Bitdefender can take time to install.
