Need urgent help

My father scratched my face yesterday and I got these marks.I applied neosporin and taf gm cream..This pic is after 24 hours and my cousin wedding is on Feb 9 .I have to remove these as soon as possible.Please help me.what to to do to prevent scarring and become ok before Feb 9.I just used mucipin ointment on it
