Crime South of 565

We're looking at crime data South of 565 near the highlighted area of the map (The Reserve / Lake Forest). I've researched the area via different resources online and it looks like the area directly east of there has higher crime.

It's hard to determine if the data is skewed or not from these sources so I want to confirm. Is this map accurate, and if so, is this a major red flag?
