A fic where Dom!Will has a Bene Gesserit-like power to command with his voice

Hi! I’m looking for a fic that I saw on Ao3 a while ago but no matter what keywords I’ve tried I can’t find it anymore. Where is it 😢

Hannibal is the Ripper, Will is either an Alpha or some kind of something up this alley and has the power to give orders with his voice (and no one can resist his command because he’s an empath and knows exactly the right voice to use). Some characters also have this power but no one is as good as Will at using it.

At first Hannibal is mad that he managed to resist any commands all his life but with Will he can’t and so his charade of posing as Alpha is done for. And then they just gradually get together.
