~ 20 years of electrolysis

Hello!

My wifes have been going to the same electrologist for approximately 20 years. She's an old lady in her late 60s. My wife has dark brown hair. She started seeing this electrologist at around 18 and is now 40. She's been doing the legs, armpit and added upperlips and bikini line along the way. She's been on a 2 weeks schedule for around 10 years and are now on a monthly basis. She's now pregnant and been taking a pause for the past 2 months for safety mesure and recommendation from our doctor. Multiples hairs started to grow back and some places are worse than other, like the armpit. She still have lots of them.

I know it's a long process but I can't stop thinking she's being use as a "cash cow" by that person. It's not easy to find info but, I saw that you should expect permanent results in more or less 2-3 years of electrolysis. She spent tens of thousands on her process

At some point, after looking up for answer, I told my wife that maybe the machine was not on a strong enough setting and after my know nothing recommendation, they increased the power setting of the machine.

Is she being scammed?
