Chances that I carry the virus with negative blood results?

In January I (M) received unprotected oral sex and had light white discharge a few days after, a sore throat and some general discomfort in my genital region. I noticed tingling down my tighs a week after. I then began to feel tingling/sting/zap sensations on my penis a month after the encounter.

I took a urine sample which came back negative for the standard STI panels. I kept having tinling/zap sensations on my penis shaft which made me believe I contracted HSV.

4 months after the encounter I took a IgG and IgM blood test which were both negative. I took a Western blot test 7 months after the encounter and that was negative for both HSV1 &2. Today is 11 months after the encounter and I still feel tingling/sting/zap sensations and I honestly believe this is a herpetic viral infection symptom.

TLDR:

Negative IgG/IgM/Western Blot (taken 4 and 7 months after encounter) - Is this virus undetectable and am I likely carrying it?
