Bugs & Glitches Megathread 2.0

Since a lot of people are still running into several bugs and glithces, some even unable to play the game, this Megathread was made for people to help each other and solve their problems, and having a place specifically for technical problems outside of the Q&A Megathread. You can still ask technical questions there if you wish.

Following template is recommended for bug reporting:

Platform: (PC/iOS/Android/PS4)

Device specification: (For mobile, list the device name and its chipset; For PC, list the CPU, video card, RAM, etc.)

Bug/Glitch Description:
