Google Pixel repair Nightmare
My Pixel phone repair experience has been a nightmare.
I contacted Google, who partners with F1 Info Solutions for repairs. After paying INR 850 on January 24th, communication broke down. F1 failed to schedule a pickup for several days, then claimed I'd cancelled it (which I hadn't). Despite proof of pickup, Google and F1 insisted it was cancelled. After much back and forth, a tracking ID and (later) a jobsheet number were finally provided, but the jobsheet initially showed the request as closed. Even after the device was delivered (confirmed by tracking), F1 claimed they hadn't received it. It took 15 days just to get the diagnosis started. Communication with both Google and F1 is slow (24-48 hour email replies), and while Google was somewhat empathetic, F1 was rude and unhelpful. The entire process has been plagued by miscommunication and a lack of accountability between Google and F1, leaving me without my phone and deeply frustrated.
