Face Scan issues?

Anyone having face scan issues? I uninstalled my app and installed it again because it was working so slow, now it's asking me to verify my identity.

Done that two times already, last night and just this morning. Nothing. I've sent emails and tickets and no reply yet. People with android phones are also struggling with this issue.

Has anyone resolved this yet?
