CALHFA Mega Thread: Buyers in process

Hey everyone, I see there are many posts regarding calhfa and most people are asking the same questions. I want to use this thread as a mega thread so everyone can post their questions or update here.

I will go first: I just finished going through the underwriting process and my LO informed me that they just submitted my loan to Calhfa for approval. Does anyone know how long it takes for Calhfa to approve it?
