Is dead-ending into a wildcard for a blank gameweek still a reasonable play now you can stack more transfers?
Looking at chip strategies for the upcoming BGW29 for the teams in the Carabao Cup final. Dead-ending (selling players that blank in advance of the blank) to 29 and WC30 to retain the free hit is usually a popular choice.
But I'm wondering if using a short term transfers to cover a player blanking is still as effective as it has been in previous years? Has the rule change to allow you to roll more transfers affected your chip strategy in any way?
