Hardcore fantasy fan recommendations

Hi I just found this group and it got me super excited cause I’ve been in a series finding hole. I LOVE fantasy books as I’m sure we all do but especially large fantasy series. I’ve read the wheel of time, the whole farseer chronicles, the song of ice and fire, and many many more. What recommendations can my fellow fantasy lovers give me? Preferably longer series/epics.
