Can weed withdrawal cause seizures? Has it happened to you (more importantly)?

I quit smoking carts and weed the 4th of January. But was still taking a lot of CBD oil and edibles (both containing a lil more THC than normal oils and edibles sold in states that banned THC). I quit Friday, had a full seizure this Monday and feel like shit since Wednesday morning. The feeling like shit is normal withdrawals, but the seizure isn’t. I am not looking for a doctor diagnosis, but rather seeing if anyone else has had a similar experience, and how you handled it.
