How do I purify the dark brotherhood but still have Dawnstar Sanctuary？

I feel like the dark brtherhood in Skyrim needs purification.since we don't have a speaker tell us to do so can i do it myself？i wanna keep Cicero purify the rest.i should keep Nazir as well cuz someone gotta handle all the work.
