I'm looking for in-ears without rubber

As the title says, I really don't like the feeling of rubber. The other criteria are the following:

-Loud bass

-ANC

-I live in sweden so preferably something that can be shipped or directly sold here

-If possible, not too sensitive to accidental touches like wind or the hood/pillow

-budget would be $200 but I could go over budget if there is a fantastic pair for $250 for instance
