the difference in comments between platforms

Im genuinely curious if anyone knows how blocking keywords in comments works, and how different Instagram does it in comparison to tiktok. ive been noticing recently how many more comments she gets on Instagram, and how they're either mean or telling her to get help, when on tiktok she gets way less comments and theyre usually incredibly positive and gaslighty.
