I’ve been searching everyday for used e90/92 I found this one on market place. Its a 2007 328i 115k miles, replaced the oil pan, valve cover gaskets, and oil filter housing gaskets last month (I will ask for service records to confirm). I talked him down to $5200, and the car has only had two owners, no damage reported.
