ppi helped me dodge a bullet while i was looking to buy pre owned from a car manfacturer

i loved the drive, they were giving me two year manafacturer warranty on engine, gear and AC. at the last moment before paying, i thought about PPI, had it done:

• front and back windshield changed
• visible rust under the seats
• visible rust in under carriage
• ppi people looked at paint and said that the front and back have had an accident which needed painting and the bonnet has been refitted

i walked away from the deal. have i done the right thing?
