peeling my own skin off

I’ve been having trouble sleeping due to anxiety which could be context to this dream.

I was looking in a mirror and seeing my own face but with makeup on. I started to peel the makeup off like one of those facemasks. The skin underneath was blotchy with grey and red. It was not my skin.

I have very clear skin and always have done so it was a shock to me and it’s not left my mind since. I looked like a zombie!
