LF a specific fic where Kingsley becomes Minister but is evil-ish

I’m certain this is one of the popular fics, but after the war Kingsley becomes Minister of Magic and is doing it as a power grab. He spars with Hermione a lot. I want to say it’s because Draco is imprisoned and not getting a fair trial but I can’t be sure of that!
