REFUND FOR FAILED BILL PAYMENT - PAYMAYA WALLET TO BANK

Good Day Everyone,

I sent money to my mom in order for her to pay for a loan she made in paymaya and she sent me a screenshot saying "Failed bill payment to Maya Bank" with additional message saying the payment will be refunded within 24 hours. For those who experienced this very same situation, did they really consume the 24 hours? did it take longer? or perhaps (hoping) it got refunded way earlier? We need to reprocess a loan kasi in order to pay for another monthly amortization bill and so now di namin alam when ba talaga mababalik and if magpoproceed na ba next payment namin kainis mga digital bank sa pinas they never made us feel secure with our transactions. Ive been through this refund schemes quite a lot and they always take a toll on my mental health.
