Are these verrucas??

I have had these on my feet for several years and have treated them as verrucas and tried different methods to get rid of them but they kept returning. I thought they had to have black dots to signal they’re verrucas so could they be something else. What are the best ways to get rid of them, they’re getting on my nerves now.
