Help, my heel slips

I bought secondhand demonia swing 815’s and they fit, but my heel keeps slipping. I tried an extra sole but it didn’t work. The problem is the heel part, it basically goes straight up and doesn’t form around my heel to keep it in place. I’m so lost on what to do, i don’t want to sell them and i really want to wear them.
