How racist is your neck of the woods?

Been coming more and more apparent that most of Delco is racist white dudes that seem to be quite alright with declaring their dated beliefs. How is this possible. I’m not talking about old ass white guys. Under forty and unapologetically, damn near proud of it. What the hell is going on?
