Chasing CEL Codes

I’m tired.

For the nearly the whole time I’ve owned my ‘18 Ram 3500 with G56 manual transmission, I have had a series of CELs that come up frequently.

They are generally P0420, which is a catalytic efficiency issue, and P2113, which is my NoX sensor.

It’s been in and out of the dealership steadily over the last year and have had the EGR replaced, NoX sensor replaced a few times, ecm flashed/updated, CCV filter serviced, etc…

And I’m tired of chasing the codes. I picked the truck up last Friday and was told the CCV breather had failed, which was causing the current set of codes. By Wednesday (I drove it to/from work twice), the light was back on. I commute 25+ miles each way, but in traffic so I know it’s not getting to run wide open/regen, but I have a hard time believing that’s the true issue.

Any fixes, permanent solutions outside of trading it in?
