Alright. I want to buy a ham, the kind in the old cookbooks you see studded with cloves, slashes through the fat layer, gorgeously browned outside; pinky-near fake interior with broiled peaches, braised potatoes etc.
What are the best ways to cook ham, what cut do I look for, and; for a Sunday dinner how should I serve and what do I do with the leftovers?
