get a sauna suit for sweat therapy

I recently bought a $40 sauna suit off of amazon. I tried it out today on my daily run and I started sweating SO fast. Usually it takes like five minutes before I start sweating and the pain subsides, but today I only ran about a quarter mile or roughly two minutes before i started sweating and there wasnt really any pain after that. I would definitely recommend for anyone who does daily sweat therapy
