How could one replicate a speech from a character and transpose it to one’s own voice

I have been trying to figure out how one could replicate the speech patterns from a scene in say a movie or tv show and apply these patterns to their own voice. I saw more edits such as this but somehow I couldn’t seem to find a way of doing it besides just voice cloning which ends up being emotionless or downright robotic.
