Digital repentance

I am from a family raised catholic, however, I was not baptized catholic, rather Pentecostal. I have fallen out of desire going to that kind of church and want to find a religion/place that practices the golden rule of: love and peace and do not know where I should be looking.

I believe in repentance, however, some rules and traditions depending on type of Christianity are vastly different. So I was never raised to go to a priest and go to the confession “room” (I only saw in movies btw) never! But I can recite most of the catholic service repeat back to the priest prayer.

TLDR: I have imposter syndrome and need to find a way to repent other than the way I always have (which doesn’t feel authentic)
