How would you feel if, out of nowhere, you received an email from someone whom you cut off 10 years ago?

While her email feels like a warm, familiar hug, I also cant help but be bothered when she mentioned dreaming about me and how she reached out all of a sudden.

Ive been very anxious about my health lately and her message honestly scares me a little, making me think something bad might happen to me soon. Is this some sort of a premonition or am I just overthinking it?
