Toyota Dealership Scratched My Brand-New Fortuner During Service Pickup-Drop
I gave my 1-month-old Fortuner for its first service at a dealership that offers pickup and drop services. When the driver was returning the car, he scratched it. A representative from the dealership called to inform me and assured me they'd "repair" it.
I told them that since it's a brand-new car, I won’t accept just a repair and repaint—I need the damaged parts replaced. The guy then said, "Ab woh tu manager ke haath mein hai."
He later sent me a picture (attached below), saying the damage isn’t that bad, but I’ll only know the full extent when I visit the shop first thing in the morning. Since it was already nighttime and the centre is closed, I couldn't go right away.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? What’s the best course of action? Would appreciate any advice
