Recommendations for PSY 352 professors to take/E permit?

I currently go to CSI and all of the reviews for the PSY 352 prof I was going to take were pretty much catfish. I guess weekly essays, a 10 page final essay/final exam and paragraph prompts every lecture is considered a manageable workload! And this is a 4 credit class....not a lab. My other higher level classes were NOT this crazy.

I need this class to satisfy 2 requirements on my degree. Does anyone know any good professors who teach this course?

I need a prof who has a manageable work load, and is easy to work with.

Online would be preferred, but if it's in person I can do it. At this rate I will commute if I have to.
