Has any of you witnessed cheating in CBSE Board Exams?

have you ever came across or heard about cheating or any malpractice during board exam. If yes, then could you please elaborate what happened because the things I have heard till now are bizzare

One of my friend's brother (KV) was allowed to cheat in 10th Boards, infact everyone in the room was allowed to do that.

There's another incident where someone from Maharashtra Board literally sent a question paper in WhatsApp to my Maths teacher in the middle of exam and asked him to write step by step

Personally, I have just saw few boys exchanging words when I was writing the 12th Boards, even the invigilator noticed that but gave a warning and did nothing after that

wanted to know that what will happen if someone is caught? I know they will be banned for 3 years and can't write any entrance exams but just assume if someone is caught; will the invigilator report it or not.
