Grade Deflation?

Hey guys! I recently got into BU and am so excited and plan to major in political science. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts/things about grade deflation. So I was wondering how often you guys feel like grade deflation is real/how much it impacts you especially if you’re in smthg like poli sci! Thanks :)
