If someone refuse to prepare stuff for obese person (non-essential activity) , are they an asshole ?

A drama happened recently in my social circle.

Someone bought a new like a new 70 inch TV and invited people to his house to watch movie, He invited like 10 people to come and watch movie and prepared those foldable ikea chair. He did invite one obese person but he say he would need to sit on the floor as his available chair cannot support his weight.

The obese person straight angry say might as well no need invite him if don't want provide chair of his size...
