Is this normal???

I gave blood this last Tuesday, did like a double dosage that took TWO hours. Felt slight pain but nothing I haven’t experienced before…. At the end of giving the blood, when I did my arm up it was like a whole baseball lump in my arm. The nurse lowkey looked a little nervous about it, but just told me they’d call me later on to check up on me. When they did it was basically to just tell me to ice it. The bruising has been spreading everyday, and I’m in a massive amount of pain, can barely use the arm, and even making me light headed from the pain. Any advice??
