Missing Tiger King Challenge

Hey gang, I've decided that, since I have the Challenge Vault, I am going to attempt to complete every single challenge in BitLife. 11 challenges in, I have encountered a problem: Tiger King is not showing up at all. I had thought it was just a visual glitch, and used the Wiki to view the steps to complete it. After having done every step: Nothing.

Are there any fixes? Or was Tiger King quietly removed from the game by the devs? Anyone else having this issue?
