Biochem vs cell and molecular biology
Hi everyone,
I’m applying to university for next Fall and I’m torn between choosing Biochemistry or Cell and Molecular Biology as my major. I’d love to hear your advice on which field offers better career options, especially for industrial jobs (I’m less interested in research-focused roles).
I’m planning to take advantage of co-op and internship opportunities during my undergrad and then pursue graduate studies.
For context, I live in Canada, so any insights specific to the job market here would be especially helpful.
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
