FIBA Pivot Rule

Hi, I was watching videos about triple threat coz i wanna improve mine. But I am genuinely curious why this wasn’t called a travelling violation. Clearly, it was the left foot that was his pivot. I tried searching the rule for Pivot Foot but i still don’t understand why this wasn’t called a travel… This was from the recent olympics btw…Thanks!!!
