Bringing chocolate to Bangkok for a friend in April. What's the best way to prevent giving her melted goo?

EDIT: Thanks all! My friend mentioned that not all the 7-11's have it, and none close to her. I'll still bring some to her. Maybe she will miss the weird N. American taste of chocolate that will be different in the local variety.

Friend of mine retired to Bangkok and the one thing she misses is Reese's Peanut butter cups. I've previously brought them during relatively cooler weather, but this will be the hottest time of year I've ever visited.

I know in the grand scheme of things this is about as much of a first world problem as there ever was. 🤣

But if anyone has any tips besides keep it in hotel room fridge, I'd appreciate it.
