Overextrusion or cooling? Any pointers?

So, I have been trying to get tall parts printed on my A1, after some issues with having them stick properly I have finally managed to print one without spaghetti.

I am now trying to figure out what the bulges are on the right side of te print. Is it overextending or not cooling enough? Any pointers would be great.

It’s the A1 with standard Bambu PLA only setting I touched was to change away from grid infill.
