Currently laughing at Pregnancy Countdown’s take on cellulite
Did not expect this book to have such a harsh take on what’s happening to my body, but here we are 😂
I had cellulite before, but it’s worsening and makes my legs look aged more than overweight.
Any thoughts on keeping it any bay or reducing cellulite post partum? Squats during/after pregnancy? More prenatal yoga? Or is this just a harsh truth that needs to be accepted?
