Which Uni is Better: Durham, Leeds, or Warwick?

I've been offered a place to study at all three unis. So far, I received a DTP to study at Durham and am second on the reserve list for WRoCAH. Yet to hear from M4C. I could be jumping the gun, but I'm keen to hear people's thoughts on which uni is best in terms of 1) prestige for future jobs in academia (I've heard Leeds is just a party school which doesn't look great on a CV...) 2) socialising and 3) housing/general quality of life.

All of the unis are an exceptional fit for my project in terms of networks and supervisors. Leeds appears to be the best for postdocs.

I'm from Australia so can't visit these places before I go.
