No conversations initiated

I (28F) Met a prospect (30M) now we met with our families. I've met a few guys like this before this meeting and we conversed alone for a bit during the meet After a few days over the call they said that they'd like to move ahead so we exchanged numbers but there's no initiation from the guy to text but when we do text it's a nice conversation but now I'm really confused as i guess people do like to take initiative to talk to people who they meet through arranged marriage. I also know that he has a very demanding job so he doesn't even stay online a lot of times Any advice? Anything you can understand from the situation?
