New to fitness & Apple Watch.. Is my HR in this workout concerning?
The jumps in heart rate seem to correlate with me doing three short (about a minute long) sprints, one uphill and two downhill. 184 seems quite high, am I wrong? I'm about 5'10 around 200 lbs, average about 13,700 steps per week right now. My walking average heart rate is around 125 when I'm not exerting myself like I was during this workout. I was trying to get my first VO2 max reading from this workout but I'm unsure if it's a feature that I even have available because I have a new S9 with no possibility for blood oxygen readings.
